Create A Timeplan

Under **Timeplan, **at the top, there is a window called "Modes" with a dropdown menu. Here you have four modes: Design, Planning, Operations and Actionplan. Start by navigating to the Timeplan and ensure you are in a mode that allows you to create procedures/ tasks. Find the task you wish to copy. You can either right-click on it or select the three dots to the right of the task. Then, click on "Copy Task." You can now add this task to either the currentFew readersCopy Activity

You can create contingency tasks (DOPs, Raps, etc.) and activities within the "Timeplan" section. This can be done either when initially creating the task or by editing it later. Creating a Contingency Task: Begin by adding a new task. When entering details about the task, look for the "Type" option. The default setting is "Normal." Add Activity in Procedures
There are two ways to add an activity to a procedure. You can either do it through "Procedures" or "Timeplan": Procedures Navigate to Procedures and click on the Procedure you want to add activities to. If you have no activities from before, press "Add Activity": Fill in information, andFew readersEdit or Delete an Activity in Procedure
Click on the Procedure with the activity you would like to edit. Click on the three dots next to Activity You will now get a window where you get some options, and here you can click either edit or delete activity | You can also right click and delete the task in the timeplan as well
