Text Editor Toolbar in Procedure 2.0
Text Editor Toolbar is hidden by default, and displayed only when you clicked on a text that is needed to updated.Few readersAdd Responsible in Procedure 2.0
To add a responsible to a step, click "Add field" and select "Add responsible" from the menu.

To add a check to a step, click "Add field" and select "Add check" from the menu.
Then, enter a title, assign a responsible person, and add a comment if needed.Few readersCopy activity in Procedure 2.0
You can easily copy any activity and paste it into the same or a different procedure.
Select the activity you want to copy.
Click "Copy" in the menu that appears.
You can copy several activities at once:
Select all the activities you need.
Click the "Copy" button.

To add a input parameters to a step, click "Add field" and select "Add input parameters" from the menu.Few readersAdd Report Parameters in Procedure 2.0
To add Report Parameters to a step, click "Add field" and select "Add report parameters" from the menu:

Add at the End: Click the "Add Activity" button below the activity list to create a new activity at the bottom.
Insert in the Middle: To add an activity between existing ones, right-click on the desired activity and select "Add Before" or "Add After" to place it in the correct position.Few readersAdd Step in Procedure 2.0
Add step at the Top: Click the "Add Step" button that is located in the top right corner of each activity.
Insert step in the Middle: To add a step between existing ones, right-click on the desired step and select "Add step above" or "Add step below" to place it in the correct position.Few readersCopy step in Procedure 2.0
You can easily copy any step and paste it into the same or a different procedure.
Select the step you want to copy.
Click "Copy" in the menu that appears.
You can copy several steps at once:
Select all the steps you need.
Click the "Copy" button.

The “Add field” button is located in the top right corner of each step.
The “Add field” putton allows you to:

Add input parameters
Add report parameters

To add a Step code to a step, click "Add field" and select "Add step code" from the menu.
Select a "Step code" from the drop down list, and add "Description" if needed.Few readersAdd Risk and Notes in Procedure 2.0
To add a note or risk to your activity, simply click one of the icons in the top-right corner of the activity line.
When a note or risk is added to an activity, a blue dot appears on the corresponding icon, allowing you to quickly identify activities with associated comments or risks.Few readersAdd Supplementary Information in Procedure 2.0
To add supplementary information to a step, click "Add field" and select "Add supplementary information" from the menu.Few readersAdd Comments in Procedure 2.0
To add a comment to a step, click the comment icon on the right side of the step section. This will open a side panel showing all comments related to that step. At the bottom of the panel, you can add a new comment.Few readersDelete Activity in Procedure 2.0
You can delete an activity easily by right-clicking on the activity you want to remove and selecting "Delete" from the menu.Few readers
