Viewing and Editing Phases
Masterplan receives phases from Wellcom, and these can be viewed by opening the Phases tab under the south and north installations.
Each phase displays:
The parent project
Title
Timeline (including start date, end date, and duration)
Some fields are locked for editing, but you can update the following:
Emission to air
Logistic demFew readersExport Files to Safran
You can export your data from Masterplan to Safran.
Before downloading the Safran file, you can apply filters to include only the projects you need, ensuring the export is focused and relevant.
When you initiate the Safran file download, a filter form will appear where you can choose the desired filters.

If you or a colleague need access to Masterplan, follow these steps:

You can easily undo or redo actions you have taken in Masterplan. On the arrow icon, you will see the number of recent actions available.
Undo
The system allows you to undo your last 10 actions, making it easy to backtrack and correct mistakes.
Actions that can be undone include:

Overview
The Rig Scheduler view is similar to the Masterplan and includes:
A search field
Zoom to view timeframes of 1 year, 2 years, and 4 years.
The ability to change the displayed date

To add notes, navigate to the Notes section for the desired location and double-click.
This will open the editor, where you can add a description, start date, and duration.
You can also create the note as a drill stop by toggling this option. Add the locationFew readersManaging and Using Tags
You can create your own tag groups and tags to get a personalized overview of the Masterplan. Tags allow you to categorize projects, placeholders, notes, and drill stops based on department or other criteria.
Managing Tag Groups and Tags
An Admin page is available for managing tag groups and tags (accessible to editors only).

In the Drafts tab, you can create and manage drafts: a flexible space where you can freely plan, move, and edit without affecting the actual Masterplan. Once you are satisfied with your changes, you can choose to publish them. When you open the tab, you will see all drafts that are public or created by you.
Creating a Draft
To create a draft, simply click “CrFew readersPlaceholder
To create a placeholder, simply double-click in the Gantt chart where you want it to appear (for example, GFA North or GFA South).
You can add details such as slot, well, name, date, duration, POB, and additional information like maturity phase.

There are two ways to view projects in Masterplan. The default and most common one is the Gantt view.
Highlight project: When you have many projects, it can be hard to find the one you’re looking for. Simply type part of the project name, and any matching projects will be highlighted in the Gantt view.

Unscheduled projects are imported from Wellcom and listed under “Unscheduled Projects.”
The list contain:
Installation
Duration
Category
Project name
Slot
Additionaly:
The list is grouped by Installation.
If there are no unassigned projects, you will see an informational message.

To create a new project, navigate to the Topside or Flowline section where you want to add it, and double-click to open the editor.
In the editor, you can add details such as slot, well, project name, change start date, duration, and POB.
