You can add and access comments for Procedures, Steps, Documents, and Checks. This means enhanced collaboration and communication across various aspects of your work.

Breadcrumb in the Executon View header
The breadcrumb appears as: Procedures - Rig - Well - “Procedure name”. By clicking any of these names (except the procedure name), you will be navigated to the corresponding section, as they are all linked.
2. Planned Time

On the "All procedures" page, find the Procedure you want to start. This can easily be done by using the search function, or sorting on rig, timeplan, status, well or wellbore.
Simply press the approved procedure you want to start execute.
Press "Start Execution" and you are ready to begin

Ensure you are on the procedure you wish to edit:
Open the top menu by clicking on this field:
When the field expands, you can see and press the start time to edit it:
Select the new start time and press "Save"

In some cases, procedures are created but not executed for various reasons. You cannot simply remove them in Execution View, but here’s the correct process for handling them:
If the procedure is in "Offshore Draft" status, you first need to get it signed and set to "Final Approved" in order to proceed.
Once the procedure is set to "Final Approved", you need to start it by clicking "Start Execution."Few readers

How to copy a text from a Step
To copy a text from a Step (Description) do the following:
On a computer:
Mark the text you want to copy, then click "Ctrl + c" to copy the text. To paste the text click "Ctrl + v".
Note: It is only possible to copy a text from "Description" on a step. If you need to copy the main Step text, you can do this by downloading the Procedure and copy from the PDF.

When working with long descriptions in a step, you can highlight specific sections to make it easier to focus on key details. This feature allows you to emphasize areas that need extra attention, improving the clarity of the task at hand.
Keep in mind that if a revision is created and changes are made to a step, any highlighted text on that step will disappear when the new revision is approved.
The highlighted text will be visible to all users.

Critical Path Highlight: Activities on the critical path are highlighted with a solid border, making them stand out for quick identification. (Number 2 and 3 in the picture)
Non-Critical Path Display: Activities that are not on the critical path are shown with a dashed border, helping you distinguish them from critical path activities. (Number 1 in the picture)

If you want to undo a step, press the three dots and then "Undo step" on the started step.
You will then get this message. It is important to note that undoing a step will reset actual time and depth on the previous step.

Complete step
To complete a step, simply press the "Complete step" button

Add Rig Step
A rig step can be an unplanned activity or delay, that does not require a new Procedure revision. The added Rig step will be displayed with a special rig icon, indicating it is a Rig step and not part of the signed Procedure received from Operator.
To add a rig step, simply press the "Add rig step" button at the bottom of the activity
