Add Comment in Procedure
- In a Procedure, navigate to "Activities" tab. Click the "chatbox" icon for the activity or step you wish to add a comment
- Comment form will appear on the right. Fill in your comment in the Comment text box. Tick off the correct 'Comment Type' (Regular or Lessons learned) and Click "Save"
- Once saved, the comment will show on the pane. Click "Add Comment" if you wish to add more comments, or click "Close" to close the pane
- The comment icon on the activity will then have a notifications badge whenever there are unresolved comments
- Tick off the "Mark as resolved" when the comment is resolved.
