Add Comment in Procedure


  1. In a Procedure, navigate to "Activities" tab. Click the "chatbox" icon for the activity or step you wish to add a comment



  1. Comment form will appear on the right. Fill in your comment in the Comment text box. Tick off the correct 'Comment Type' (Regular or Lessons learned) and Click "Save"



  1. Once saved, the comment will show on the pane. Click "Add Comment" if you wish to add more comments, or click "Close" to close the pane



  1. The comment icon on the activity will then have a notifications badge whenever there are unresolved comments



  1. Tick off the "Mark as resolved" when the comment is resolved.
