Wellbore at Phase Level: Users can now select wellbores at the phase level, and empty values can be chosen if wellbores don't exist.

Mark Description and Title: Users can mark step descriptions without opening them for editing, enhancing efficiency.

Persistent Header State: Procedure headers remain collapsed/expanded when switching tabs.

Alphabetic Sorting of Unit Lists: Unit options are now alphabetically sorted for input and report parameters.

Background and text colors: The background and text colors are now the same color palette as Microsoft Word

Step check now visible in checklist tab under procedure: Now, when a check is added to a step, it becomes automatically visible under the appropriate role in the checklist tab within the procedure.

Layout improvements:

Item count display for each field.
Each piece of field content is now enclosed within its own individual card.
All fields accessible without any additional steps.
“add” icon instead of “expand” icon on empty fields.
A counter is displayed for each field, showing the number of items contained.
Optimized layout for smaller screens.

PDF Export in Procedure Library: Procedures can be exported to PDF in the library, including comments, checks, and attachments.

Start Execution

On the "All procedures" page, find the Procedure you want to start. This can easily be done by using the search function, or sorting on rig, timeplan, status, well or wellbore.

Simply press the approved procedure you want to start execute.

Press "Start Execution" and you are ready to begin

| The Activity and Step you are currently on will be blue. Once completed it will turn green, and if you choose to abandon either a step or activity, this will turn grey

Click on the Procedure with the activity you would like to edit. Click on the three dots next to Activity

You will now get a window where you get some options, and here you can click either edit or delete activity

When inside the desired procedure, navigate to the area on top where you can see procedure name and status. Click on the print image and print the procedure.

|| Note that you can only print the procedure if it is either in "final approved" or "under execution" status. An update will come where you can download it in offshore draft as well

OPEN: Timeplan

OPEN is fully synchronised with the Rig Contractors RMS suite, meaning that all project plans (Timeplans) and DOPs (procedures) added to the system will be immediately visible in the RMS.

**We divide this application into two sections: **Timeplan and Procedure. In this section, we will focus on Timeplan.

The purpose of the Timeplan module is to facilitate the creation of the structure and sequence of a drilling operation.
A Timeplan is a sequence of Activities grouped into different Phases (Sections) and Tasks (Runs). The top-level node is the Phase.
The Timeplan module is used to create the structure and establish the operational sequence and estimated duration of Activities (Planned Time).

Users can view the Timeplan in four different modes:

Design
Planning
Operations
Action plan

The different modes display a set of columns tailored to facilitate the different operational phases.

Once a user creates the DOP structure in the Timeplan, they can continue the detailed DOP planning process in the Procedures module.

Select well and see ongoing progress if operation is started
