Workaround: Copying Procedures/Tasks/RAPs
Previously, when you copy-pasted a procedure/task/RAP, everything came with it: steps, checklists, documentation, attachments, and comments.
With the new integration with Procedures 2.0, this no longer happens automatically (yet). Only the activities are copied over.
Until a permanent fix is in place, use the workaround below to bring everything across.
Lets say you wanted to copy this procedure into the same timeplan or a new one:

1. In Open, copy the procedure.

2. In Open, initiate creation of a new procedure and click "add task from clipboard".

3. Navigate to Procedures 2.0. Find Import from Timeplan and locate the newly copied procedure.

4. Open it. You will see the activities are there, but nothing else (no checklists, documentation, attachments, or comments).

5. Find "Add from Existing Procedure" and click it.

6. Make sure the source is set to Procedures.

7. Search for the procedure, or use the filter to find it.

8. Once found, drag and drop the activities into the correct place, then add the checklists, documentation, attachments, and comments.

9. Click Add from Existing Procedure to finish.

Your procedure will now be identical to the one you originally copied.
