# Set Procedure to Final Approved

The procedure needs to be in "Offshore draft" for you to be able to sign it. To see how to change statuses, click here:

1. Under "Procedures" click on the procedure ready for a status change

2. Click the status button near the top of the page to reveal your choices, and click "sign procedures"

3. Select your position, then click "Confirm Approval" (The procedure might need more than one signatures)

4. Now, click "Change Procedures Status to Final Approved"

The procedure is now set to "Final Approved". The date and time of the status change to "Final Approved" will now be displayed and the procedure is ready for execution

A "Final Approved" procedure will be marked with the following symbol:
