Revision in Procedure 2.0

Make a new revision:

Once a procedure is approved—or even during its execution—you can initiate a new revision to make updates.

Identifying an Open Revision:

Procedures with an open revision are clearly marked with a “Revision” label in the header.

Updating a Procedure During Revision:

The core update logic remains unchanged:

  • Started activities and their steps cannot be modified.
  • To apply the changes made during the revision, you must complete the full approval pipeline and sign the procedure again.

Undoing a Revision:

If you need to discard changes made during a revision, you can delete it and revert to the last signed version.

  • Revision deletion is possible until the procedure reaches the "Offshore Draft" status.
  • To delete a revision, hover over the “Revision” label to access the deletion button.

Viewing and Downloading Revisions:

You can access a complete list of revisions—including deleted ones—and download them in PDF format from the procedure details section.
