This update brings some improvements, including automated data retrieval, better error handling, and several bug fixes to enhance stability and user experience.

New Features


Heli Flight Widget


A new widget has been added to show the next helicopter arrival. This gives users quick and easy access to upcoming flight information. (Pending Equinor approval)






Enable Chat Support for AkerBP Prod and Pre-Prod


Chat support is now available in both the production and pre-production environments for AkerBP. This enhancement allows users to get real-time assistance directly within the application.





Improved Error Handling for Widgets


Errors in widgets now only affect the specific widget instead of shutting down the entire page. This prevents unnecessary disruptions.





Bug Fixes:


  • Error layout on widgets and 404 page – The 404 page now displays correctly instead of showing a console error and broken layout.
  • Widget modal reopens after closing edit modal – Closing the edit modal no longer triggers an unintended widget modal preview.
  • User can't delete the last Daily Safety Focus item – The delete function now works correctly for the last item in the list.
  • Calendar doesn't open in Edit DSV modal – Clicking the calendar icon now correctly opens the date picker.
  • Zooming in on Progression Widget – Fixed an issue where zooming out and moving the view caused unexpected modal behavior and error messages.
  • Procedures and Activities link available in layout edit mode – Links are now disabled while editing the layout to prevent unintended interactions.
  • Weather widget location selection – If no forecast is available for a rig, users can now properly edit the location.
  • Content doesn't update after changing rigs with the same well – Switching rigs now correctly refreshes widget data.
  • Deleted activity in live activity widget – Fixed an issue where deleted activities still appeared in the Live Activity Widget after being removed from a procedure.
