Report View Release 1.8

In this update, we’re introducing several improvements and fixes to enhance your experience. Here’s a quick summary:

Rig Picture: Admins can now personalize rig pictures for all users.
Live Procedure and Activity: Improved navigation and better auto-focus for completed items.
Daily Update Widget: Enhanced readability, new attachment options, and watermarking.
Progression Chart: Design updates, improved logic, and filtering options.
Engage Widget: Updated terminology for better clarity.
Adjusted Export File: Auto-expanding columns and bold titles for Excel exports.
Daily Safety Focus: Increased limit for daily safety values.
AkerBP-Specific Update: Automated text and attachments in the daily update widget.
Bug Fixes: Addressed specific issues for Transocean users.

New Features

Rig Picture

Admins can now change the rig picture for a more personalized report view. Simply click on the current image to replace it with the desired picture, such as the rig the report is associated with. When an admin updates the picture, it automatically updates for all users of that rigg.

Live Procedure and Activity Improvement

Improved Navigation:

In the "Live Procedure View" and "Live Activity" widgets, clicking on a procedure or activity now redirects users to either Open or Execution view, depending on their role (Operator or Rig Contractor).

Note: Note that if you are a rig contractor you will not be directed to Execution View if the procedure is in “Onshore Draft” as these procedures are not available there until in “Offshore Draft”

Auto-Focus:

The widgets have been updated to display the most recent items along with 2-3 completed procedures or activities, making it easier to track progress.

Enhanced Readability:

We’ve adjusted the text in the widget to make it more noticeable and easier to read, ensuring important updates stand out.

New Attachment Features:

Attachments now open in a new window when you click on the icon. Additionally, downloaded files include a watermark with the user’s name and a timestamp.

Progression Chart

Design Updates:

Simplified the full-screen pop-up by removing "Forecasted Days" and "Forecasted Days Cum." These details remain available in the Excel download for reference.
Removed task start and end times, as well as forecasted depth.
Made the full-screen view bigger.
Added summaries at the bottom of each column in the pop-up window to summarise each column.

Updated Graph Logic:

The graph’s end time now aligns with the AFE time rather than the actual time. Here’s how the logic works now:

Actual: Displays actual time and depth.
Planned: Reflects AFE time and planned depth.
Projected: Actual time with the remaining DSV time and depth.

Improved Filtering:

You can now filter by wellbore when selecting a specific well in the Progression Chart.

Adjusted Export File

We made some design improvements to our Excel file:

Columns now auto-expand to fit their content.
All titles in the file are now bold, making them easier to identify.

Daily Safety Focus

The Daily Safety Widget now supports up to 10 values, an increase from the previous limit of three.

We have updated the terminology in the Engage Widget to improve clarity. "Engage/POB" is now labeled as "Worksite/POB."

AkerBP-Spesific

For AkerBP users, the daily update widget now automates the upload of text and attachments.

This widget is linked to historical data from the widget in Open, that way we can keep all historical data that exists today.

Bug Fixes:

Transocean-Specific: Fixed an issue where the "Updated at" date did not change as expected.
