Release Notes Masterplan 2.3

View Projects' Phases on the Masterplan

Users can now view detailed project phases directly on the Masterplan, providing better visibility into planned work sequences. Each phase displays the parent project, title, and timeline (including start date, end date, and duration), helping users understand project timelines more clearly.

For now, phases are received exclusively from Wellcom and are available only for North and South locations across all installations. While phases cannot yet be updated, they are displayed for all roles with access to the Masterplan (viewer, edito). By default, phases are hidden but can be accessed by navigating to the Masterplan, selecting a location, and viewing the respective project’s phases.

This enhancement makes it easier to track project progress and improves planning and coordination.

View Project’s Phases on Project Details

Users can now view a detailed list of a project’s phases directly within the Project Details, providing a clearer understanding of the planned work sequence for a specific project. Each phase displays the parent project, title, timeline (start date, end date, and duration), and whether the timeline is planned or actual. The currently executed phase is highlighted for better visibility.

Phases are received exclusively from Wellcom and cannot be updated. The phases list is sorted chronologically by start date, with the oldest phase appearing at the top. If no phases are available for a project, users will see the label "No phases added yet."

This feature is available only for projects received from Wellcom. Users can access it by navigating to the Update Project form and selecting the Phases tab for the chosen project.

Phases Duration Calculation Updates

The calculation of phase durations has been updated to improve accuracy and align with project statuses.

• For unfinished phases: The duration is now calculated as the sum of the budgeted time of its child entities.
• For finished phases: The duration equals the actual time, calculated as the difference between the phase’s start and end dates.

These changes replace all previous rules for duration calculation, ensuring consistency and better reflection of project timelines.

Manually Update "Ready for QC" Date

Users can now manually update the "Ready for QC" date to ensure accuracy in edge cases where adjustments are needed. Once the date is updated manually, the system will no longer restore the calculated date.

This change provides users with greater control over QC timelines, allowing for corrections in special scenarios.

Outdated Page Notification

Users are now notified when the information on a page is outdated, prompting them to refresh the page for the most up-to-date content. This feature ensures that users are always working with the latest information.

Add New INV Engineers

New engineers have been added to both the list of Well engineers and the list of B/U engineers.
