Release Notes 3.16-24-hotfix-1 (AkerBP)

Small release for AkerBP to resolve some issues so that we can get them out before Christmas and avoid doing a large release just before the holiday period.

Highlighting Latecomers in Timeplan

Previously, latecomer tasks were marked in red, but once completed, only the task reverted to black while the activity remained red. This made it difficult to distinguish completed latecomer tasks from originally planned ones. Now, completed latecomer tasks will maintain a distinct marking, ensuring that both activities and tasks remain identifiable as latecomers even after completion. This improvement allows users to clearly see any tasks that were not part of the original plan.

Bug Fixes:

• Report parameter values are no longer included when adding from a template or existing procedure.
