Release Notes 1.1

This release includes updates to commenting, PDFs, and search and filtering, along with improvements related to the Timeplanner integration.

Comment Threads and Reactions

Comment threads are now available in Procedures, allowing users to reply directly to comments and create clear discussion threads. Replies can be added regardless of the procedure’s status, as long as the parent comment is unresolved. Users can edit and delete their own replies, and reactions can also be added to both comments and replies. Replies are always sorted with the oldest first. If a comment is deleted, all its replies are removed as well. Comment threads and reaction counters are included in the procedure PDF and preview.

Grey Out “Not Included” Activities

Activities marked as not included in a procedure are now displayed in a slightly greyed-out style, similar to Open, making them easier to identify when viewing long activity lists.

Search Bar for Wells

A search bar has been added to the well filter, making it much easier to find the correct well in long lists. As you begin typing, the dropdown automatically narrows the results based on what you enter, allowing you to quickly locate the well you are looking for. This solves the previous challenge of having to manually scroll through large well lists to find the right one.

New PDF Service

As part of the PDF updates for comments and reactions, we have switched to the new PDF service used in Execution View and OPEN. This service provides significantly better PDF rendering quality compared to the previous Procedures PDF solution.
