New Features

The numbered list view now offers the following options for list numbering:

  1. Numbers (1, 2, 3, etc.)
  2. Big Letters (A, B, C, etc.)
  3. Roman Numerals (I, II, III, etc.)

Sorted List of Responsible Parties

The responsible field on the check edit form is now sorted alphabetically for improved usability. This applies to:

  1. Step checks

  1. Checklist checks

Exception: The "Other" option will remain fixed at the bottom of the list and will not be sorted alphabetically.

Sorted List of Responsible Parties on Checklist

Responsible roles are now sorted alphabetically on a checklist.

Sorted Units

Units in report parameters and input parameters are now sorted alphabetically for easier selection.

Reordering Expanded Steps

Users can reorder steps even when they are expanded, providing greater flexibility and control over step organization. Previously, reordering was only possible for collapsed steps.

Indent in Tables

A small indent has been added between the edge of the table and the start of the text, improving readability and creating a cleaner layout.

Changes to Right-Click Menu

The context menu layout for right-click actions on activity, step, and check has been updated as follows:

  • Items in the menu have been reordered according to design.
  • The labels “Before” and “After” have been renamed to “Above” and “Below” for item creation and pasting.
  • Step and activity creation icons have been updated according to design.
  • The field where right-clicking on a step is applicable has been expanded to cover the entire step.

Highlighting Colors

The text highlight colors have been updated to align with the new designs, ensuring consistency with the overall visual style.

Change Step Count to Highlight “No Steps”

The step count on the activity row has been removed. A label will now be displayed when no steps have been created for a particular activity.

Removal of Paste Buttons

The following buttons have been removed for design purposes:

  1. Paste Activity
  2. Paste Step
  3. Paste Check

Users can still paste entities using the right-click and context menu, ensuring functionality is preserved while simplifying the design.

Numbered Lists Improvement

The height between list items and sub-items has been standardized, ensuring consistent spacing across the list for better readability.
