Masterplan - Release notes 2.9

This release introduces new functionality for access management, along with technical improvements to support future features and a better integration with Safran:

  • Users can now request access directly from the login page
  • System architecture updated to support multiple fields
  • Users can switch between fields, sorted alphabetically
  • Draft-phase projects are excluded from Safran integration

New Features

Request Access

Users can now request access directly from the login page of the Masterplan application. Admins can review and approve or deny these requests in KUA.

This provides better control over user access and simplifies access management.

Technical

Prepare For Multiple Fields

The system architecture has been refactored to support multiple fields going forward.

  • Users with access to more than one field can switch between them.
  • The list of available fields is sorted alphabetically in both the Masterplan view and the draft list.
  • When logging in, the last opened field will be shown by default.

Draft Phases and Safran

Projects that are still in draft (not part of the main Masterplan) will no longer be sent to Safran.

This ensures that only approved and finalised projects are included in the integration.
