How to copy a text from a Step

To copy a text from a Step (Description) do the following:

On a computer:

1. Mark the text you want to copy, then click "Ctrl + c" to copy the text. To paste the text click "Ctrl + v".

Note: It is only possible to copy a text from "Description" on a step. If you need to copy the main Step text, you can do this by downloading the Procedure and copy from the PDF.

To download the procedure, navigate to the area on top where you can see the procedure name and status. Click on the icon to the right and then open the PDF file.

As previous mentioned, mark the text you want to copy, then click "Ctrl + c" to copy the text. To paste the text click "Ctrl + v".

On a Touch screen
To copy a text from a Step (Description) on a touch screen do the following:

Hold your finger on the area you want to copy and an area will be marked. If needed, drag the blue dott to expand the area you want to copy. Click on "Copy/Kopier" to copy.

To paste the text, go to where you want to paste the text, for example a comment field. Click on the field where you want to paste the text and an option to paste will turn up on the screen. Click on "Lim inn/Paste"
