Highlight Description Text on a Step

When working with long descriptions in a step, you can highlight specific sections to make it easier to focus on key details. This feature allows you to emphasize areas that need extra attention, improving the clarity of the task at hand.

  • Keep in mind that if a revision is created and changes are made to a step, any highlighted text on that step will disappear when the new revision is approved.
  • The highlighted text will be visible to all users.
  • The highlighted text will not sync over to the operator, keeping the highlighting specific to the execution view.
