Enhanced Landing Page Layout in Execution View

Comprehensive Procedure Overview: Upon entering the Execution View, users will now see a consolidated display of all Procedures, which was previously Timeplans.

Advanced Filtering Options

To streamline your navigation, we have incorporated powerful filtering options, allowing you to focus on specific aspects of Procedures. You can now filter by Rig, Well, Timeplan, and Procedure Status.

Default Rig Selection

For users with access to only one Rig, the system will automatically select this Rig by default, enhancing efficiency and providing a personalized experience.

Dynamic Sorting

Users can set custom sorting preferences, and upon doing so, the system will navigate the procedure to the top of the list or the first page, ensuring a seamless and organized user experience.

Empty State Page

In cases where no Procedures are available in the Execution View, users will encounter a clear and user-friendly Empty State page, eliminating unnecessary clutter.

Responsive Design

Our enhanced layout incorporates responsive design, ensuring a consistent and optimal user experience across various devices.

Predefined Filters

Default View: Active and Not Started Procedures

Upon landing on the Execution View home page, users will now see procedures that have status Offshore Draft, Approved, Under Revision and Under Execution.

This default filter is designed to prioritize ongoing and upcoming tasks, offering a clear view of procedures requiring immediate attention.

On-Demand Access to Historical Procedures

Users interested in reviewing historical data, including Completed and Abandoned Procedures, can easily access these by selecting the relevant filtering options.

Historical Procedures will not be loaded automatically, ensuring a faster and more responsive landing page for users primarily engaged in current activities.

Enhanced Landing Page Filters

Improved Filter Indicators

You can now enjoy a more transparent view of selected filters on the Landing Page. We've added intuitive indicators next to each filter category, providing a clear representation of the applied filters.

Dynamic Filter Counters:

When one or more filters are selected, the counter will show the exact number of filters chosen for that category.

"All" Indicator for Full Selection:

When all available filters within a category are selected, the counter will display "All" to signify that the full set of filters in that category has been applied.

Enhanced Left Side Menu on Procedure Page

**Remembering Filters from Landing Page: **When a user selects a Procedure from the Execution View landing page, the detailed view in the left side menu will now automatically adjust to reflect upcoming and previous Procedures from the same rig. This ensures continuity in your workflow, allowing you to focus on relevant chronological information.

**Chronological Order for Previous/Upcoming Procedures: **Upon entering a Procedure, the left side menu will display the Previous and Upcoming Procedures in chronological order. This organized view provides users with a clear overview of their procedural history and upcoming tasks, facilitating efficient navigation.

Linking Text to Attachments in Procedures (RigBridge Users)

Linking Text to Attachments: RigBridge users can now link specific text within Procedures directly to relevant attachments. This means you can provide contextual references, guiding users to additional information, documents, or resources associated with the Procedure.

Bug Fixes

In this release, we've focused on addressing several issues and introducing improvements to enhance your overall experience. Below are the key bug fixes:

Attachment List Layout on Mobile Devices:
The layout has been adjusted to ensure proper display of file names, resolving the issue where spaces were missing and content was cut off.

Abandoned and Complete Buttons Missing for Added Step in Revision:
After completing all steps in a started activity and creating a new revision in the OPEN app with an additional step, the Abandoned and Complete buttons were not available for the added step. The issue has been fixed, and now users can appropriately access the Abandoned and Complete buttons for steps added during a revision.

Procedure Type Visibility on Mobile View:
The procedure type was not visible on the mobile view when opening a Contingency procedure. The procedure type is now properly displayed on the mobile view for Contingency procedures.

Missed Data for Procedure Preview on Mobile:
Information about Last Updated, Revisions, and Signatures was not visible in the Procedure preview on mobile devices. The missing data has been added, and now users can view Last Updated, Revisions, and Signatures information in the Procedure preview on mobile devices.

Landing Page Using Search Params:
The landing page now operates on search parameters, allowing users to share URLs with colleagues, and filters will be applied accordingly.

404 Error on Non-Existing Task Search:
Users experienced a 404 error when searching for a task that does not exist after deleting filters. The issue has been resolved, and users will no longer encounter a 404 error when searching for a non-existing task.

In summary, these Execution View updates prioritize user needs, offering a more intuitive experience with consolidated displays and advanced filters. Bug fixes ensure smoother operations. Explore the enhanced Execution View for a streamlined and user-friendly approach to managing your Procedures.
