We are thrilled to introduce significant enhancements to our application in this latest release. These updates focus on improving the user interface, enhancing user experience, and providing valuable new features. We've listened to your feedback and have worked diligently to ensure that our platform is even more user-friendly and efficient. Let's delve into the details of what's new and how it will benefit you.

KUA Service Integration

With KUA Service Integration, you can now enjoy a more efficient and secure way of accessing the application.

Whats new:

  • **Access Control: **Access to the application is now managed through KUA access groups. This means your access is aligned with specific AD Groups, ensuring a more streamlined and organized user experience.

  • Simplified Access: No more juggling multiple access credentials. KUA Service Integration simplifies the login process, providing you with access that's closely tied to your role within the AD Groups.

  • Enhanced Security: This integration enhances security by ensuring that your access is always in sync with your AD Group memberships, reducing the risk of unauthorized access.

Display Planned Depth

In this release, we're introducing a valuable enhancement - the ability to view the planned depth for procedures and activities within the application.

What's New:

  • Procedure and Activity Visibility: You can now easily access information about the planned depth for both procedures and activities. This means you'll have a clearer picture of what depth is expected to be reached during each specific procedure or activity.

  • **Dynamic Display: **The planned depth field will only be shown when it is set. This ensures that you see relevant information, and clutter is kept to a minimum when no depth is specified.

Rig Step Icon

We're excited to introduce an enhancement that adds clarity and distinction to your workflows - Rig Step Icons.

What's New:

  • Rig Step Differentiation: Rig steps will now be easily distinguishable from Open with a dedicated icon featuring a rig. This visual cue ensures that you can quickly identify rig steps, streamlining your work processes.

Rig Information in Project Overview

In this release, we introduce an enhancement that brings even more clarity and organization to your projects - the "Rig" column and filter in the Project Overview page.

What's New:

  • **Rig Column: **The Project Overview table now includes a dedicated "Rig" column. This column displays the name of the rig that the timeplan is connected to, providing you with valuable context at a glance.

  • Filter by Rig: We've also added a convenient filtering option for the "Rig" column. This means you can easily sort and focus on projects associated with specific rigs, making project management a breeze.

Complete Steps Based on End Time

In this release, we introduce a feature that gives you precise control over the actual time for your steps: Completion Based on End Time.

What's New:

  • **Dynamic Time Calculation: **The actual time for each step is now calculated based on the end time of the previous step plus the time difference until you choose to mark the current step as complete. This ensures that your step durations are always up-to-date and reflective of real-world timing.

  • Set End Time: When completing a step, you now have the option to select the end time using a date-time picker. This is in addition to the existing "Duration" option. You can choose the method that suits your workflow best.

We're excited to introduce a significant enhancement that adds clarity and context to your Checklists - Links to Steps. We've improved the Check tab in the Execution View to provide you with more detailed insights.

What's New:

  • **Comprehensive Check Visibility: **You can now view not only the checks associated with the Procedure itself but also checks attached to individual steps. This means you get a complete overview of all checks in your workflow.

  • **Links to Steps: **For checks associated with specific steps, we've added a convenient link that takes you directly to the corresponding step. This provides you with quick access to the step details, allowing you to understand which step the check is referring to in the Procedure.

Comment Counter Color Update

We're introducing a subtle yet impactful visual enhancement - a change in color for the comment counter.

What's Changed:

  • Color Update: The comment counter, previously displayed in grey, has been refreshed with a vibrant blue color. This simple change aims to make it easier for you to spot the number of comments on activities, steps, or procedures at a glance.

Expand and Collapse All Sections

We introduce a new feature that enhances your experience within the Documentation tab - the ability to expand and collapse all sections with ease. Just like in Activities and Checks, you now have the power to manage your content effortlessly.

What's New:

  • **Expand/Collapse All: **The Documentation tab now includes an "Expand All" and "Collapse All" option. With a single click, you can expand all sections to view their content or collapse them to keep your workspace neat and organized.

Persistent Report Parameter Values

We're excited to introduce a valuable enhancement that simplifies your reporting experience - Persistent Report Parameter Values. In this release, we've made it easier for you to work with ranged values without losing your existing parameter settings.

What's Changed:

  • **Set Value Retention: **When you have a value already set for a report parameter and choose to check for a ranged value, the previously set value will now populate the minimum value of the range. This ensures that your parameter settings are preserved, making it effortless to customize your reports.

Improved Activity Visualization in Execution View

In this release, we've made changes to how activities are displayed, with a special focus on highlighting critical path activities.

What's Changed:

  • **Uniform Activity Display: **Activities are now uniformly displayed in Execution View, ensuring consistency and improving the overall user experience.

  • Critical Path Highlight: Activities on the critical path are now highlighted with a solid border, making them stand out for quick identification. (Number 2 and 3 in the picture)

  • Non-Critical Path Display: Activities that are not on the critical path are shown with a dashed border, helping you distinguish them from critical path activities. (Number 1 in the picture)

Contingency Plan Indicator

We introduce a helpful enhancement that brings clarity to your DOPs - the Contingency Plan Indicator. In this release, we've made it easier for you to identify contingency plans and access relevant information.

What's Changed:

  • **Contingency Plan Marker: **DOPs with contingency plans are now clearly marked with a "C" indicator. This visual cue helps you instantly identify which DOPs are contingency plans, ensuring you're always aware of their status.

  • Side Menu Integration: We've also added contingency information to the side menu. Now, you can easily see whether a DOP is a contingency plan right from the menu, saving you time and providing crucial context.
