Execution View Release Notes 1.21
Release 1.21 introduces several usability improvements, including reactions and replies in Execution View, split screen support, thumbnails for attachments, and better control over step reporting and completion.
Thumbnails for Attachments
Attachments now display thumbnails in the attachment list, making it easier to quickly identify files.

Split Screen
You can now use Split Screen to view activities on one side while working with related content on the other. The screen is split 50/50, with activities shown on the first half and options such as attachments, checklist, documentation, and history available on the other half.

Reactions and Replies
Execution View has been updated to support reactions and replies on comments. You can now reply to comments, add reactions to both comments and replies, and hover to see who has reacted and how many reactions have been added.

Checkboxes in Step Descriptions
Step descriptions that contain a list will now display checkboxes for each list item. This allows users to sign off individual points directly in the description field, making it easier to track progress within a step. This applies to procedure steps only. Rig steps are not affected.

Include or Exclude Steps from Execution Log
You can now control whether individual steps are included in reporting to the Execution Log. A new toggle icon has been added next to Lessons Learned and Comments in Execution View.
The toggle is enabled by default, meaning the step will be included in the Execution Log. You can click the icon to exclude the step, and click it again to include it. The icon clearly shows whether the step is active or inactive, and a tooltip explains the current state.
