New Features

Split Step

Finally, we have the highly awaited split step, which allows users to split an active rig step into two, enabling partial reporting and later continuation.

This is how it works:

  • Two steps are created: the first is predefined/custom, and the second mirrors the original step.
  • Updates to checks and parameters are synced between both steps.
  • The second step is titled “Continuation of [Original Step Title].” and will have it`s own timestamp.

Pre-written titles:

During Step Checks

Now, checklist users can complete "during" checks directly within the step.

Visible Procedure Name in Left Menu

When a procedure name is too long to display, users can now hover over it to see the complete name. This makes it easier to quickly identify procedures without guessing or clicking.

Default Sidebar

When opening a procedure for the first time, both sidebars will now be closed by default, providing a cleaner look.

Lane On Procedure

If “lane” is present on procedure level, it is now displayed in the procedure header on in the procedure overview.

Bug Fixes

  • Rig Step Field: Fixed an issue where deleted text in the Rig Step field would reappear after saving. Now, if the text is removed and saved, the field will remain empty as intended.
  • EVIEW Application: Resolved a bug where the three-dot menu next to comments disappeared if a user had a very long email address. The menu is now always visible, ensuring users can delete or resolve their comments.
