New Features

Log Depth On step

You can now log depth at each step. If you report depth at different steps in an activity, the last reported depth will be the one displayed. Additionally, as long as the procedure is not completed, you can go back and adjust or edit the reported depth.

Changed Breadcrumb in the Executon View header

To improve your overview, we have updated the breadcrumb at the top of the page to be more descriptive. The breadcrumb now appears as: Procedures - Rig - Well - “Procedure name”. By clicking any of these names (except the procedure name), you will be navigated to the corresponding section, as they are all linked.

Undo Last Step

If you accidentally complete or abandon a step, you can now undo the last step. This will reset the status, time, and depth.

Signing Checks

As requested, we have included a function requiring you to sign the checklist whenever completing or signing. This way, you will always know who completed each checklist, with their name added as a signature along with the date and time. Users can reset the check, which will remove the signature and time.

Attachement in Landscape Mode

We have resolved issues where attachments in landscape/horizontal mode did not display at full scale during preview, making it difficult to get a complete view of the image. This has now been improved for better visibility.

Update Of The Filter selection

The filter selection has been updated to match the rig you are filtering on. Previously, filtering on a specific rig still showed timeplans and wells from all rigs. Now, when filtering on a rig, only the timeplans and wells connected to that rig will be displayed.

Connection Indicator

A connection indicator will now ensure you know whether you are connected to the cloud or local network. Hovering over the connectivity indicator will provide more details about the status, such as:

  • Information not synced back to the operator (when disconnected)

  • Information synced back to the operator (when connected)

A warning will inform you if the rig is offline.

Support

We have made changes to make support more visible:

The support button for our live support chat has a new icon and color to make it more noticeable.

We have introduced two new buttons accessible by clicking your initials in the upper right corner:

  • Release Notes: Clicking this button will take you directly to all our release notes, so you can stay updated on what's new.

  • Help Articles: For those who prefer self-help, all our help articles on different functionalities are available in a step-by-step format.

Removed Possibility to Comment On Activity Level

Following discussions, we are removing the possibility to comment on the activity level. You can still comment on the step level as before.

Complete Step Improvements

To prevent mistakes and misunderstandings in the Execution View, such as setting dates in the future, we have included help texts:

  • When a previous step is set to stop ahead of time: "You cannot select current time because a previous step was completed ahead of time."

  • When end time is set in the future, a confirmation button needs to be ticked before saving, displaying: "You are about to set the end time of this step into the future. Are you sure you want to proceed?"

Add Comment To Skipped Check

When skipping a check, you now have the option to add a comment explaining why you skipped it.

Expand All In Documentation

Based on your feedback, we have added the ability to expand or collapse all sections under “Documentation,” just as you can with activities and checklists.

Comment Box Has Moved

We have moved the comment boxes for easier access. They can now be found on the step header.

Limiting The Number of Clicks

To address concerns about unnecessary clicks when adding a value to report parameters, we have reduced the number of clicks required. You can now click the “+ add” button and enter the value immediately.

Correcting Total Time of Completed Step Using End Time

When you need to correct the time, you can now use hours and minutes. Additionally, you can select the end time when correcting a step, making the process less confusing.

We hope you find these updates valuable and enhancing your overall experience with our Execution View. We value your feedback, so don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or suggestions.
