# Copy step in Procedure 2.0

You can easily copy any step and paste it into the same or a different procedure.

1. **Select** the step you want to copy.
2. Click **"Copy"** in the menu that appears.

You can copy several steps at once:

1. **Select** all the steps you need.
2. Click the **"Copy"** button.

To paste steps into an activity, 

* **Option 1:** **Right-click** on an Step and choose **"Paste steps(s) above"** or **"Paste step(s) below"**
* **Option 2:** **Open** a new activity and click on the ** "Paste step(s)" **button.
