Complete Step, Activity and Entire Procedure


Complete step


  1. To complete a step, simply press the "Complete step" button



  1. By default, the end time will be the time you pressed the complete button. But you can always change either the duration or time, as well as include actual depth



Note that it is possible to set an end date in the future. Remeber that the next step will have the same start date and time as the end date of this step. This can also affect later procedures. A warning will come if you try to set the end date on the future



  1. The next step will begin automatically, and turn blue. If this was the last step in the activity, the next activity wil start and turn blue


Complete activity


  1. As soon as the last step in the previous activity is completed, the first step in the next activity will begin automatically. But, you can complete a whole activity without being finnished with all steps, by clicking "complete activity":



  1. An information box like this will pop up, click confirm if you want to continue



  1. The entire activity will turn green, and the next activity will begin


Complete Procedure


  1. As soon as the last step on the last activity is complete, the entire procedure will be set to "completed" automatically. But you can end the procedure without being completed with all activities and steps, by pressing the satus button which can be found besides the procedure name at the top:



  1. Press "complete procedure"



  1. A information box will pop up, click confirm if you want to continue



  1. The whole procedure will then turn green, and get "completed" status
