# Checklist in Procedure 2.0

The **Checklist** is located in the **top menu** of the procedure. To add a check, click the **"Add Check"** button on the right side of the top menu.

Next, enter a **title**, assign a **responsible person**, and add a **description** if needed. Click **"Create"** to save or **"Create & Add new"** to add multiple checks.
