Add Risk and Notes in Procedure 2.0

To add a note or risk to your activity, simply click one of the icons in the top-right corner of the activity line.

When a note or risk is added to an activity, a blue dot appears on the corresponding icon, allowing you to quickly identify activities with associated comments or risks.
