Add, resolve and delete Regular Comments
You can add and access comments for Procedures, Steps, Documents, and Checks. This means enhanced collaboration and communication across various aspects of your work.
Add comment on a step
- To add a comment on a step, press the comment icon on the step
- A comment section on the right will appear. If there is any other comment on this step you will be able to see it here. Add your comment, make sure the "type" is correct, which in this case is "Regular". Click "Add Comment" when ready
- The comment will now appear in the field
- When there is a comment added to a step, you will see it with a counter next to the comment icon
Add comment on a check
- This works the exact same way as with steps. Navigate to the check where you want to leave a comment, and leave a comment the same way
Add comment on Documentation
- Navigate to "Documentation" and to field where you want to leave a comment. Click on the comment icon and leave a comment the same way as previous described above.
Resolve or delete a comment
- Users have the ability to mark comments as resolved or delete a comment. These actions are confirmed by a toast message, providing clear feedback. To resolve or delete a comment, click on the comment icon where the comment is added. The comments will appear to the right. Click on the three dots in the comment field and click on "Resolve comment" or "Delete comment"
- Filter Resolved Comments: A convenient filtering option allows you to focus on resolved comments when necessary.
- Responsive Design: The commenting feature is responsive to mobile and tablet screens. In tablet view, the comments section overlays the main screen, while in mobile view, it appears as a pop-over from the bottom.
